I wanted to reach out to write you all a brief note about how excellent I find dealing with your company. I live in Sonoma County, California, a far way away from Louisiana, but I have roots in the Southern states of the US. I've ordered a few times, Live crawfish, and tails, from your company, and it simply is a fantastic experience every time. They always arrive fresh, and in great condition. Each time I am shocked at how efficient, and smooth the process is. Thank you for operating a business in such a way, that allows people like myself, on the other side of the country, to affordably still partake in such a wonderful product. Simply the best!!

Those were the best crawfish we have ever received by mail. You guys have my business for sure in the future. Good prices and select crawfish! I had only three die before boiling and they looked like they were attacked by the others. Judy made the order process easy, and sent me the info for holding. I am so impressed by this company and extremely pleased with the level of courtesy, professionalism and product. You guys definitely have a new customer. I want to let LA CRAWFISH and the world know that it is very refreshing to deal with a company that truly understands the meaning of Customer Service. LA Crawfish did their job, shipping out 100 lbs. of crawfish on the requested date to arrive the day before our party. We always get the crawfish on Friday to give us a day buffer in case of any snafu. We received a call on Friday morning from FED EX advising us the shipment was delayed in Memphis, TN and would arrive the next business day. I advised them that live crawfish arriving on Monday after the party, are totally useless to us. FED EX then advised me that they would put a note in the computer to deliver on Saturday but they couldn’t guarantee it. Having dealt with large corporations in the past, I realize we are a grain of sand and I didn’t have a good feeling. Thankfully one of the two coolers of crawfish did arrive on Friday as expected. They were very active and healthy. The type of product we always receive from LA CRAWFISH. I called LA Crawfish and they advised me they already knew of the problem and were researching the solution. We expressed our concern that crawfish sitting in the airport for 2 days in a container with limited air could be cause for dead crawfish. They didn’t argue with us, they advised they would send out 50 lbs. via UPS for Saturday delivery – at no charge. Saturday morning came and to our surprise, FED EX did arrive with the crawfish – a bit smelly but still alive. After rinsing them with water and releasing them into the holding tank they came back to life. Not even an hour later we received the UPS shipment, the crawfish were even healthier than the shipment we received on Friday and they were HUGE!! I think LA CRAWFISH sent us jumbo to solidify the customer relationship. I would recommend LA CRAWFISH to anyone who is interested in getting live crawfish. This was our 20th year to deal with them and we have always had a very positive experience. Thank you LA CRAWFISH for making our party a success – again!!

Last week I ordered 40 lbs of crawfish for my first crawfish boil. I invited friends and family over and we all have an excellent time. The crawfish were clean and we were all very satisfied with how it turned out! I just thought I would tell you how much we all appreciated your business and we will be definitely be doing it again SOON! I don't know if you guys do a photo gallery but I thought I'd send you some pictures we captured doing the boil. If you do a gallery it'd be awesome to show off the fun we had! The service of your company was amazing. Your employees were very very helpful with recommendations and helping me figure out what to order. All around a it was a great time and I appreciate the time your employees took to help me. You guys are being recommended to everyone I talk to in Illinois! Aloha and Happy New Year!!! I just want to say "Thank You". I received my order as expected and was as "Fresh" as if I had purchased it there. I really appreciate you offering free shipment on orders over $100 and having PayPal as a mean for making a purchase. The only bad thing was I didn't order enough Hog Head Cheese. Downed the 1st within minutes and finished the second one today. Is there any possibilities of you adding cracklings? Sincerely, Steve

Just wanted to say thanks very much for the recent crawfish orders. Both orders were outstanding! I boiled 60 lbs of crawfish in a 2 week period. I had gone to the home of a friend, Ruben Tornini in OK, and he had ordered 40 lbs which I boiled up myself. I then returned back home to PA and decided to give my local PA friends a real treat and we had a 20lb boil. Both times the crawfish were awesome, they were better then expected and I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate your company very much.

I just recieved 50 pounds of the largest, liveliest, and most beautiful jumbo crawfish I have ever seen. I've been ordering these critters from various places for the last 5 years for my annual crawfish boil, and I have never recieved better. I've even ordered from you guys in the past. just wanted to say a great big thank you to everyone down there, working hard to deliver us superior crawfish. the ordering process is very efficient, professional, and polite. the deliveries arrive promptly and super fresh (alive!) and i was provided all the tracking info as promised, which helps in case there is a problem, which there never has been. we plan to be using your crawfish weekly on our menus at patowmack farm. the guests really enjoy them! thanks!

Just wanted to let you guys know that I decided to have a crawfish boil to celebrate my retirement from the U.S. Air Force and it went off without a hitch thanks to y'all. I ordered 50lbs and seasoning originally then added platters and changed the delivery to a Saturday and you guys never missed a beat. I ordered 15 pound of live crawfish on Thursday and the arrived at 10am on Friday and they were very active. I followed the instructions and cooked them around 6pm and only lost 5 crawfish. They were amazingly fresh and tender. The value and quality are outstanding. We will be ordering again and again. Thanks!

I've been trying for months to obtain quality cajun ingrediants without paying and arm and a leg for shipping. LaCrawfish Co's totally fair policy of free shipping is GREATLY appreciated. We really enjoyed the crawfish that was sent to us for my husband's birthday. We currently live in Raleigh, NC and my husband is from Louisiana. It was nice to give him a taste of home for his 40th birthday. I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know. The size and quality were excellent. I would like to send a thank you for your excellent customer service. FedEx had a problem with Memphis airport and told me my shipment would not be received in time for my party. I received a call from you that you would not charge me for the shipment even though it really did not fall under your resonsibility. It turns out I recieved my shipment right at the beginning of my party and we were able to still have a great live crawfish boil! I have to say your crawfish were much larger than I expected and your seasonings were the best I have ever had. Thank you for providing great customer service and a wonderful product.

I just wanted to let y'all know that I was very pleased with your company's services. It was my fraternities first annual crawfish feast and it turned out to be a great success. None of us had any experience in cooking crawfish before but with your great products and instructions, everything tasted great! I had eaten a few crawfish before but none had the sweet flavor like what y'all raised. I was also very inpressed with the freshness of your crawfish.
