Happy Easter! I just wanted to send a brief note to show my appreciation for the recent 30 lbs. order of live crawfish sent to Sacramento, California yesterday, April 3rd. The crawfish arrived on time and there were very, very few that died in transit, which is pretty extraordinary as when I get them locally in Louisiana, that is rarely the case. The were of good size for field run and very active. We boiled a couple of hours after they arrived and it was a taste of home a couple of Baton Rouge transplants had sorely missed over the past year. Thanks so much and we hope to order from you again before the season ends. My best to you all and your families

I received my live crawfish yesterday & am amazed that y'all shipped live crawfish halfway across the country with only 2 dead out of 5lbs!! Live crawfish are not easy to find here in Savannah but I will definitely be ordering more in the near future. PS thanks for the spice & koozie that was really cool of y'all.

Just wanted to say Thanks for the great service.. We were unable, due to work issues to have our boil on Saturday so we did it on Sunday and only lost 6 mudbugs!! Everyone loved the andouille sausage, wish I had ordered more, I will next time for sure!! Though I can get it local from a great butcher here in Southern Maryland, Yours can't be beat! Just a quick note about my recent order. I was very hesitant to order pre-cooked crawfish for our upcoming party. I was worried they would spoil, or be too spicy for some of my guests. I decided to try them anyway. The phone order process was SO easy and professional. They arrived exactly on time and they were DELICIOUS! We had a mudbug feeding frenzy and everyone was happy!!! I lived in Houston for 20 years and loved crawfish; unfortunately I moved back north for family reasons and have been missing it terribly. I was in Houston 12/2012 had to have oysters instead due to the season. Last month (April 2013) my girlfriend "Cookie" that I had been visiting sent me two 10 pound bags cooked crawfish, all I had to do was resteam them! They were just like I had just ordered them at a restaurant!! They landed at my office about 10:00 a.m. still frozen in an amazing cooler! I kept them cool & wet and finished them over a 3 day period! I will order direct in the future but thanks to you and thanks to my friend!!

You did it again. With all the heat and shortened season the LA Crawfish family delivered 45 pounds of beautiful crawfish to Indiana. Thank you for your perseverance. I just wanted to drop you guys a note and THANK YOU!! We had our first crawfish boil in Las Cruces, NM!!! My husband is part cajun during his summers as a youth he would visit his father in LA and always raved about crawfish. So as an anniversary party I decided to have a crawfish boil and our family here were just amazed with the crawfish and LOVED them. We only had about 15 dead ones in a 20lb bag. Thank you for your professionalism you have a loyal patron in Las Cruces, NM and you can bet we'll be ordering again for what we are making our annual crawfish boil!! Gracias!

I couldn't be happier with the crawfish I recieved on friday. We didnt cook them till saturday around 4. But when we did start cooking we only found a few that didnt make it. Great product! I will be ordering from you again.

I just wanted to drop you guys a note and tell you what I great experience I had getting my crawfish from you for the first time. I ordered the "select" and it was definitely worth the difference in price. The cleanliness was awesome as well. Keep up the good work.

I recieved my shipment as planned on Saturday of 25 lbs of "bait sized" crawdads. I live in a rural community and had told my neighbors of the impending shippment. When the Fed Ex truck showed up all of my neighbors were standing around the front porch befor the poor guy could even get his tablet signed! The next 2 hours and all that took place will be forever engrained in my mind for the rest of my life! My oldest son and wife are both in the Army and have been deployed numerous times. Having them with us for Easter was going to be a special treat initself as their two children love our farm and live to fish our pond. When we opened the cooler it was kind of anti climactic...until we emptied the bag into a horse trough we had placed by the pond...then all heck broke loose! grown men, women , children and the family dogs all went into a frenzy! The next two or three hours was spent laughing, laughing so hard some of us cried and laughing some more as we hand placed our new "bugs" into the specially designed brick houses we had made in the pond to give the little buggers a fighting chance against the 9lb bass that lives with his 2 eight lb sisters in our pond. From our grandchildren who are 7 and 8 and the neighbors granson who is 3 to a retired Navy seal, every one was laughing and jumping around pulling crawdads out of the horse trough. I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard! This is going to have to become an Easter tradition at our farm no matter how unorthidox! I understand that my new residents won't winter up her, but that's O.K. "cause it gives me a reason to order more next spring! I am sure this is not your "normal" Great job letter but I couldn't not let you know the joy and happiness that your business and crawdads brought to our home! I tried for a week to get crawfish locally but no one seemed to want to go out of their way and make it happen. You did.I appreciate the effort, especially being a Katrina Refugee. I just wanted to shoot you an e-mail and tell you how great everything worked out. I was a little skeptic at first and was expecting atleat 1/4 of the crawfish to be dead. After 48 hours in the bag and cooler, I think I counted only about 10 total dead out of 55lbs. The little fellas were decent sized and tasty. This was the first crawfish boil for many of the people at the party and they all got a kick out of it. We will definitely be making another order next year. Thanks for coming through on your product. It's nice to work with a company that promises what they can actually deliver.

Thanks for providing us with another great batch of crawfish. Our guests totally enjoyed the day and I was thrilled to find no dead crawfish in our shipment. We ordered 100 pounds and we ate 100 pounds!!

I just wanted to let y'all know that we were SO happy with our order! We purchased 59 pounds of live crawfish to be delivered to Cape Cod, Mass and only 15 crawfish didn't survive the trip. My husband and I are from southeast Texas and after seeing all our friends back home talk in week in and week out about having crawfish boils, I had to figure out how to get some up here! We are a Coast Guard family, and we have lots of friends up here that missed the goodness of the south too. We ended up with about 40 people at out house- some that wanted crawfish and some that were New Englanders that just wanted to see what the fuss was about. We had a great time, and I'm letting all my other CG friends around the US know that you guys deliver! Thank you for making our first get-together at a new duty station a success! My husband and I have a lot to live up to next time, since this was so great. Thanks again!
