I want to thank all the hands involved at Louisiana Crawfish! Thank You for your efforts! With the Covid-19 pandemic, stay at home orders, and kids out of school...this Memorial Day was very different to say the least. However, I have typically hosted a crawfish boil on Memorial Day for many years, and it is part of our family tradition. My order was successfully delivered to North Carolina early Saturday morning, the website was easy to use, and I was relieved when that package arrived knowing that many hands at Louisiana Crawfish Company made it happen. I thoroughly enjoyed getting together and celebrating with my family and friends later that afternoon. My wife is a Louisiana native, she absolutely loves crawfish, and it does my heart good to prepare these for her! I believe my pot was spicy enough to kill any virus, and there was enough garlic in my boil to keep all the vampires away too! Thanks again for helping us keep our family tradition alive during these uncertain times. Just getting together, away from the news, proved to be a just what I needed. Louisiana Crawfish Company is definitely an essential business in my book!

I just wanted to drop you a line about our recent crawfish delivery. The crawfish were beautiful and arrived here in Florida exactly on time. My family thoroughly enjoyed them and helped us to remember growing up in Louisiana. We usually go home to Louisiana twice a year, but this year things being as they are, we were unable to get there. That 30 lbs. of crawfish was heavenly for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your professional handling of our order and we will be back.

I just wanted to let y'all know that I ordered the 11 pound turducken for Thanksgiving. Everyone was very excited about it, and it completely exceeded our expectations. No one ate any of the other meats I had prepared! They have requested it from now on, at every holiday meal. Thank you so much for a Thanksgiving meal we will never forget. Just wanted to send a testimonial about how successful my first crawfish boil was using your product. I ordered 45 pounds of select purged crawfish from you guys over the weekend. Firstly, I was pleased with how well they withstood the shipping up to Chicago, I shipped them Friday and kept them overnight in my basement. I was able to keep them alive but next time I think I'll just pay extra to have the delivered on Saturday. Secondly, your recipes and tutorial videos were very helpful for someone who has never cooked crawfish before. I ended up going with a 20 qt boil pot and was able to do batches and keep them in the cooler they were shipped in. That was helpful since my guests all arrived at various times. Lastly, The purged crawfish were a huge plus. We had a lot of first timers and I was worried they would be turned off of crawfish by muddy or "veiny" crawfish but everyone has a great time and we hope to have another party this year.

I got the crabs today and only lost 4. The extra ice packs really helped. Thank you so very much. I live in Northern California and it is a 5 hour drive for Fed-Ex to deliver here. LOUISIANA CRAWFISH TOTALLY RULLES THE BOIL!!!!!! Once again, LA Crawfish has made a gathering of people happy. Let me re phrase that, we had 19 people over for a crawfish boil and they had the best time ever!!!!!. Why, you may ask, well, how about the freshest, tastiest, spiced up mudbugs that were the centerpiece of the afternoon. My son specifically requested a crawfish boil to celebrate his 30th birthday. So, I ordered 30 lbs (see the connection) of select sized crawfish and 12 pounds to marinated alligator legs. Now, here is the best part. The way LA Crawfish ships their product, I received my package 15 minutes before the estimated delivery time and the alligator legs were still frozen. Unreal. The crawfish were active and I hosed them down 5 times to keep them that way. When I finally did cook them I only lost 32 crawfish out of 30 pounds. That was spectacular. The spices were great and I usually add sliced lemon and garlic cloves to the cooking liquid. After the bugs were bright red I cooked red potatoes and corn in the same broth. 19 people were very happy, very stuffed and asked when we would do it again. Most took home doggy bags. The potatoes are spectacular smashed and cooked as hash browns the next day and served with burgers, chicken or fish. Thank you for another successful party. Your product is stellar, your service is spectacular and your reputation is un questionable. Will I order again, no question. Can I say enough about your product, no. Thank you again and again.

Thank you for the quick shipment of my order. I ordered live crawfish but you were out so Stacy, I believe that was her name, recommended boiled crawfish. I hesitated a bit but I took the chance any way being i'd already invited my friends over this weekend for a crawfish feast. I just wanted to drop you guys a note and THANK YOU!! We had our first crawfish boil in Las Cruces, NM!!! My husband is part cajun during his summers as a youth he would visit his father in LA and always raved about crawfish. So as an anniversary party I decided to have a crawfish boil and our family here were just amazed with the crawfish and LOVED them. We only had about 15 dead ones in a 20lb bag. Unbelievable! My 20 lbs of live crawfish arrived at 10:30 am Saturday on Memorial Day weekend. Not only was every one alive, they were actually crawling and jumping out of the pot. They were truly delicious. I can't wait for my next order. Thank you.

Just wanted to say that this was year 6 for our Annual Carter Crawfish Boil and you haven't disappointed us yet. We started the tradition in 2005 for my son's first birthday. We hadn't planned for it to continue but the next year everyone was asking when we were having King's (my son) Crawfish Boil...hence the tradition was started. We started out ordering around 60 pounds and are now up to 120. Every year, without fail, you have provided great crawfish! We love that this year we had the option of choosing select and may have to shoot for the jumbo next year. We want to thank you for your consistancy in quality and customer service. Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that this year's crawfish boil at our home was a huge success thanks to the Louisiana Crawfish Company. We had 60 people in attendence (40 of which have attended each of the last 3 years) and they all said that this year's crawfish were the best ever! I have traditionally used another company's spices (I won't say which one, let's just say it starts with a "Z") and I gotta tell ya, your spices had much more flavor, was less salty and gave the crawfish a great kick. I appreciated your follow-up call to check on the flight schedule and delivery status. Overall, I can't think of a better experience when ordering live crawfish, The Croissant Crawfish Boil has finally found a crawfish supplier we can depend on and will be calling again soon for another shipment. I just had to write and tell you how satisfied I was with your crawfish. The 15 lbs. of crawfish came right on schedule and they were ALL big and alive! Moving from Dallas to Philadelphia recently, I was extremely disappointed to realize that there are no crawfish up in the northeast. I chose you guys for the fact that I could purchase the crawfish by the pound and not by bulk like other companies. Thank God that you guys exist and that your products and services are so affordable! Also, I'm hooked on your seasoning and will no longer be using that salty Louisiana Crab Boil brand anymore. Hi, my husband and I moved to California 12 years ago and we really miss the food in Louisiana. Thanks to your great service, we are once again able to enjoy a good ole crawfish boil! This was only the 2nd time we have ordered from you, but you can bet you'll be hearing from us again. The crawfish were delicious! I looked and looked for a "straight tail" to tell my California friends not to eat them, but none to be found. You are the BEST!
