Dear friends, Thank you! On Sunday, we had the absolute best crawfish boil thanks to you. We live in a remote mountain town in Colorado (moved from New Orleans more than 20 years ago). And on Mother's Day, that's what my sweet wife wanted, a crawfish boil. And you delivered! FedEx doesn't even deliver to our town on weekends, but you kindly arranged for it to be sent to the next nearest town so it would reach us. The select crawfish were big, beautiful and full of life! Your product, service and price simply cannot be beat. Even the FedEx people said, "this company does it right. We get a lot of crawfish and seafood shipments in here, and many of them are leaking, with the containers falling apart. Not this one." They're right. You folks take great care of your customers, and I am so grateful. What a blessing. You provided a very special day for the most special lady. Thank you. I wish I could afford to have a crawfish boil more often. But whenever I do, I will certainly be ordering from you. I can't imagine any business taking better care of their customers than you do. Hello you wonderful folks at LA Crawfish Co! I have been meaning to write back to you for several weeks now and thank you... We ended up ordering 40 lbs of crawfish from you to celebrate our Dad's birthday for delivery on August 5th, to cook on the 6th. This was our first attempt at a crawfish boil, and thanks to you, it was a success! We were nervous about it being late in the season, and keeping the bugs alive overnight, but we followed your (Cori's?) instructions and almost all of them made it to the boil the next morning! Boy were they FIESTY! I ordered the package that included your spice mix, which was just perfect. I can't thank you enough for selling a great product and providing amazing customer service to make my Dad's special day extra special. Thank you...thank you...THANK YOU! You now have some loyal customers out in Western NY who will order from you again, and recommend you to everyone!

Just a note to thank ya all for our first crawfish boil. Everything was perfect. Your seasoning is second to none. (its good on bass also) The only problem was, I didn't order enough. I ordered crawfish for the first time from y'all this past weekend on May 31st. I was pleased from A to Z. The order came on time, the instructions were clear, and the taste was out of this world. It was my first annual crawfish boil and everyone was pleased. I couldn't have asked for better and I will only order from LA Crawfish from here on out. Thank you for making my weekend great.

I recieved my order of 35 pounds of jumbo crawfish before noon on Saturday. They arrived in great shape, they were huge. My party was a huge success, everybody enjoyed the "big ones". Too many and too big for us Yankees to eat all of them. ThankYou, and I look forward to ordering from you again next year!

Just wanted to let y'all know that you made my birthday party one of the BEST ever!! My Dad wanted to do a boil for me for my 38th birthday... he had done a boil before at his place for his friends,but I have not been there for it... he lives about 2.5 hours away from me,and it just never worked out for me to make it to one of his boils... Its been about 8 years since I have had a genuine crawfish...there used to have an annual festival down here in south Florida,but for whatever reason they stopped doing that. Dad ordered 30 lbs of the selects,made sure the billing address was him and the shipping address was me...had them overnighted and arrived from Fed Ex the next day right on time at 10:30 AM...we were doing the boil at 7pm so we had plenty of time to get everything ready.. They arrived well packed and almost EVERY one was alive...maybe a total of 5-10 were crushed or otherwise dead, but overall everybody looked good! The spices were just terrific and the crawfish were absolutely amazing.. All my friend had a great time and I cant wait to order from you again. Thanks for making my birthday one of the best ever! First I would like to thank you for calling me back after your office was closed! Great customer service. Next, thank you for making me feel sure that the oysters would be great. After a little thaw I could not keep my husband out of them. Most gone within the hour, but he did manage to keep 4 to have Saturday morning with his coffee. Yes I know too much information but at about 8:00 am 2nd cup of coffee he just could not wait. A little lemon and a dash or two of hat sauce he was on his way to a great day. He could not understand why I had not ordered more oysters. As for early afternoon dinner, the etouffee was said to be the best I had ever done! We will be ordering for our annual crawfish boil in April. Thank you again as always you are the best!

Got my 30 lbs. of crawfish Saturday at noon! Perfect timing and some of the finest crawfish I've seen. I try to boil as many crawfish as i can thru June,have used many different vendors, and I'm done looking! Ya'll really do have a superior product and the best price. It rained 4" Saturday but the crawfish kept everybody happy and full. Good times! Wish I had gotten a whole sack, 10 more pounds would have done it! But i guess that's what Memorial Day is for huh! Wooooo can't wait. Keep up the good work ya'll.

Every year I have a crawfish boil for all my Ducks Unlimited volunteers in Northern Illinois. As you can imagine, we don't have too many crawfish boils up here, so it is a very well attended event and the people love it! We have around 300 attendees every year and people come from all over to attend. I have been ordering crawfish from Louisiana Crawfish Company for 3 years now, and I just wanted you to know that it has been a pleasure doing business with you. When you have that many people coming to an event, it can be very stressful. I used to lay awake at night praying that the crawfish would arrive ontime and alive. Our event was last Saturday and yet again, everything you promised was delivered. We had a great event and the crawfish were ontime and alive!! I can't thank you enough for your tremendous service. I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful your shrimp are! I was a little skeptical to order any but I am so glad I did! This is by far the best shrimp I have eaten. I used to buy shrimp from usaamericanshrimp.com but not anymore! Your shrimp are a better deal and better shrimp! You now have a new customer for life! I will be placing an order again very soon! My husband couldn't believe how wonderful they were! I am going to be forwarding you a copy of a recipe for the best grilled shrimp ever and of course, it was with your shrimp! I was a crawfish/crawdad/ mudbug virgin until last night. My new girlfriend recently moved from LA and had been talking about missing them. I surprised her with a 20lb bag of them for her birthday. My order was right on time and only had 3 or 4 dead out of 20lbs! It ended up being a great party.Thanks to your whole crew for a job well done. Cudos to FedEx for having them there when promised. I've started a bad precedence however, now I have to top this somehow next birthday...any suggestions!? Thanks Guys!!

We ate our crawfish last night, the 3rd order in two weeks, and they were great. I have not seen better crawfish in years. I think we have ordered crawfish 5 times this season and we are still not done. Thanks for selling a good product. In the past other companies have sold us trash, I lived in LA for 30 years, I know what crawfish should look like and cost. Thanks for not taking advantage of people and selling a great product.

What a day. Thanks to your wonderful company, a bunch of folks (we had about 50 show up) were able to enjoy a little taste of 'back home' right here in northern Kentucky/Cincinnati. I grew up on the West Bank in Gretna, LA....went to LSU....and got transferred back what seems like 1,000 years ago. Thanks to you guys, we were able to crank up some Zydeco music on the boom box, get three pots going with all the fixins....and basically wear me out after a great lunch at our company. We received our crawfish live & healthy. We were so excited. We haven't had live crawfish since leaving the area after Katrina! We were celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary. Boiling crawfish, drinking wine & listening to some good blues made us like we back in New Orleans! Thanks for the memorable anniversary. We plan to make it an annual anniversary celebration!

I made my first order yesterday (a trial size), and let me say I had a wonderful experience. The crawfish was fresh and the delivery is exactly what you stated. It was fast! Just wanted to drop a note and some photos of the crawfish feed my wife and I hosted for about 60 people. Thank you for the EXCELLENT service. This was out first time doing this for us. I was very nervous that I would have 60 people standing around and no crawfish, but you guys were very helpful to make sure everything would be fine. No one got short with me on the phone when I called 8 times the day before to make sure everything was on schedule. We ordered 120 lbs and had a very small amount dead. First class operation. From the quality crawfish to your excellent boil recipe, you made a great party for us and a tradition to go on! Thank you!

I just wanted to let y'all know that I was very pleased with your company's services. It was my fraternities first annual crawfish feast and it turned out to be a great success. None of us had any experience in cooking crawfish before but with your great products and instructions, everything tasted great! I had eaten a few crawfish before but none had the sweet flavor like what y'all raised. I was also very inpressed with the freshness of your crawfish.
