I just wanted to thank y'all. I am a Southerner from Arkansas, working for a large construction management firm. I have been in Iowa over a year now. The only crawfish they have up here are the frozen ones at the casino buffet. YUCK. When I found out that I could have crawfish flown up here, I will admit I was a bit skeptical. But I have now had two boils in Iowa, (175lbs.) most of the people around here had never had fresh crawfish before and now they are fans! You guys are great, and if this damn coronavirus will ever go away, I plan on having a BIG boil. Keep up the good work....because of y'all I feel a little less homesick.

Just wanted to say thank you so much! Your crawfish is amazing and delicious. My family moved from New Orleans in 2010 and we have still been carrying on our tradition of an Annual (sometimes twice annually) Crawfish boil. For the last 6 years, we have been purchasing from Lacrawfish and have enjoyed them every time. This last order was delivered on Sat. 4/29- which we would eat on Sunday, 4/30. I had to change the date of my original ship date because of a sudden death in the family and I really appreciate your working with us on that and making it very easy. We didn't even open the box to check because I knew that I could count on your product to be a quality product and they were good to go. We wanted to keep them cold and not risk letting in any hot humid air. The seasoning mix you send is also a really great tasting seasoning. We will continue to buy from you, please keep up the amazing work! I wanted to make sure I expressed to you how great your product is and at some point, I need to try something other than crawfish but I LOVE IT! Thank you again

Just had a boil this weekend with 100lbs and I just wanted to thank y'all for the wonderful service. I had emailed back and forth probably 10 times during the ordering process and everybody I talked to was so helpful. The crawfish were nice and fat! You have a customer for life. Thanks again!

We've had three parties in the last month. Every one has been a challenge. Work mandated postponements, car crashes to an order destroyed in transit. But LA Crawfish has been golden! Avery and the team have helped re-schedule, re-send, refund, and adjust each and every time. On top of the regular help of what to get, and how much, they have always gone the extra step to ensure every part they touch is no hassle. Hats off for how y'all do what you do.

We ordered 80lbs of jumbo crawfish for our boil this past Saturday. Received Friday afternoon and took a look. These were the best looking crawfish we’ve seen in years. Hardly found any dead ones and there were all very clean and huge. Thanks for providing such a superior product. Everyone had a great time and the crawfish were awesome. Can’t wait until our next one!

The crawfish were perfect. Out of the 15 pounds we ordered only six crawfish were dead and once they were cooked they were amazing. I do feel bad though, as a bunch of our family now has the same addiction to crawfish that my wife and I have. I can't thank you enough. Again, a big thank you for your great product.

Just wanted to let y'all know that you made my birthday party one of the BEST ever!! My Dad wanted to do a boil for me for my 38th birthday... he had done a boil before at his place for his friends,but I have not been there for it... he lives about 2.5 hours away from me,and it just never worked out for me to make it to one of his boils... Its been about 8 years since I have had a genuine crawfish...there used to have an annual festival down here in south Florida,but for whatever reason they stopped doing that. Dad ordered 30 lbs of the selects,made sure the billing address was him and the shipping address was me...had them overnighted and arrived from Fed Ex the next day right on time at 10:30 AM...we were doing the boil at 7pm so we had plenty of time to get everything ready.. They arrived well packed and almost EVERY one was alive...maybe a total of 5-10 were crushed or otherwise dead, but overall everybody looked good! The spices were just terrific and the crawfish were absolutely amazing.. All my friend had a great time and I cant wait to order from you again. Thanks for making my birthday one of the best ever! All is well that ends well. You guys knew that FedEx had messed up my order before I did and you called to let me know - which gave me time to plan a different menu for a party that could not be moved to a different day. After a prompt, full refund, you let the shipment come to my house anyway. Some friends picked them up as I was out of town. They tell me that, even after the day+ delay, about half of the crawfish were still alive. They sorted them out, cooked 'em up right and had an excellent time. I think you will have them as a new customer and, of course, I will try again in a few weeks. Thanks so much for the way you handled this!

We received our 60 lb order yesterday here in remote West Texas (where overnight takes two days, normally) on time and in great shape! We only had 6 dead crawfish out of 60 lbs! What a great shipment! That is an all time record. We would never expect such great ratio purchased on site, let alone shipped out. It arrived on time, overnight, and we all had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday. I wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for your wonderful crawfish and excellent service. I've tried a few suppliers in the past 5-6 years, and have been ordering from your place for the last 2 years. My wife and I host crawfish dinner parties that are becoming a tradition in the French community here in Seattle. I'm on my 4th crawfish dinner this year, and all my guests, who had never experienced a cajun crawfish feast before they knew us, have been blown away by the quality of your product (and very happy with our dinners.) Your order process, shipping, packing, and quality of crawfish (I have barely had any dead crawfish in the 40 to 60 pounds you've shipped me each time) is perfect. I just wanted to thank your for the great crawfish I got from you last Friday. I had 100 lbs shipped via "airport to airport" to Philadelphia for a boil on Saturday. Getting the crawfish from the airport went very smooth. The crawfish were healthy and very large and were a big hit. I'm from New Orleans and moved to Philly a year and a half ago. I met another family up here who moved to Philly a number of years ago from Donaldsonville, LA. Having a boil was the obvious thing to do for our new friends and neighbors. We hope to do it again next year. Thank you again and look forward to crawfish again next year.

I moved out to California 2 years ago from Houston where I enjoyed crawfish all the time. I have seriously missed the taste of good Cajun food since leaving the south and I finally decided to do something about it. I started researching companies on the web to try and find one that could re produce the flavors I so craved. I found you guys. I was a little skeptical that I could actually find a company that would provide me a product that would meet my expectations. So like any good Cajun wannabe I decided to dip just one toe into the water and order a small pre cooked party pack of crawfish (10lbs). At first I couldn’t believe when I completed my order that your price included shipping. I had checked 6 other companies and all of them charged close to what you were charging + an additional amount for the shipping. This would have brought my price to over $7 dollars a pound. I love crawfish but I don’t love paying that kind of money for them. Some people just have more money than they do common sense..not me..I look for the deals. Then I had my next surprise. Not only was the shipping included but it was Fed Ex next day (but you already knew that). I received my order the next day as promised and my product arrived frozen and packed for business. I took my package home from work and started the water boiling. I followed your included instructions and sat down with my 2 kids to eat our mudbugs. Instantly I was transported back and I have to say they were as good as or better than any I have had before. The size was fantastic…no baby crawfish in my batch! The additional shake you included was truly some of the best I have had. I just wanted to thank you and let you know that especially in these difficult economic times we as customers are looking for value in our purchases and your package was all of that and more. Our company is having a grand reopening after the completion of some construction and improvements and I plan on ordering 100-150 lbs of crawfish to serve at our party. Please keep up the good work and if this is the type of customer service and product you guys consistently produce you have a customer for life. LaCrawfish, I would like to thank you for making our 7th annual Superbowl/Crawfish party here in Phoenix Arizona a great success. Your customer service was amazing. Let me just say we have used someone else for the last 6 years in bringing about 150-300 lbs a year for gatherings with friends. Hello! First of all, I'd like to say that as the husband of a lovely lady born into a Cajun family, I've come to love realy Cajun Cuisine. I began making etouffee for ourselves about a year ago, and used whatever crawfish I could find near me...which was Chinese crawfish tailes sold at our local Wal Mart. I never felt right about that, and everytime I made it, I cringed at the idea. So, a couple of months ago, I set out to find a source for real Louisiana crawfish. That is when I found you and ordered five pakcs of your frozen crawfish tails OH MY GOD, what a difference. Where the Chinese tails smelled fishy and were just too funky, yours have what I deem to be the wonderful aroma of the true crawfish taste. They were meatier too. Just all around better. Not to mention it made me feel GOOD to know that I was buying from my fellow citizens. With lots of extended family that live in Louisiana, it just felt right. I'll never go back to anything but your great crawfish. You've won over a customer for life.
