Just received (and cooked) your crawfish this past weekend up in NJ. They were great! We recently moved from lower Alabama and I was worried we would not find a reliable source for live sacks, but yours had less floaters than most of the sacks we purchased down south. We are already planning our next boil and will be using your service again. Thanks!

I want to let LA CRAWFISH and the world know that it is very refreshing to deal with a company that truly understands the meaning of Customer Service. LA Crawfish did their job, shipping out 100 lbs. of crawfish on the requested date to arrive the day before our party. We always get the crawfish on Friday to give us a day buffer in case of any snafu. We received a call on Friday morning from FED EX advising us the shipment was delayed in Memphis, TN and would arrive the next business day. I advised them that live crawfish arriving on Monday after the party, are totally useless to us. FED EX then advised me that they would put a note in the computer to deliver on Saturday but they couldn’t guarantee it. Having dealt with large corporations in the past, I realize we are a grain of sand and I didn’t have a good feeling. Thankfully one of the two coolers of crawfish did arrive on Friday as expected. They were very active and healthy. The type of product we always receive from LA CRAWFISH. I called LA Crawfish and they advised me they already knew of the problem and were researching the solution. We expressed our concern that crawfish sitting in the airport for 2 days in a container with limited air could be cause for dead crawfish. They didn’t argue with us, they advised they would send out 50 lbs. via UPS for Saturday delivery – at no charge. Saturday morning came and to our surprise, FED EX did arrive with the crawfish – a bit smelly but still alive. After rinsing them with water and releasing them into the holding tank they came back to life. Not even an hour later we received the UPS shipment, the crawfish were even healthier than the shipment we received on Friday and they were HUGE!! I think LA CRAWFISH sent us jumbo to solidify the customer relationship. I would recommend LA CRAWFISH to anyone who is interested in getting live crawfish. This was our 20th year to deal with them and we have always had a very positive experience. Thank you LA CRAWFISH for making our party a success – again!!

Just wanted to say thank you from New York ! Just orders our first shipment of crawfish last week everything went flawless from the customer service to the southwest pickup !! So with that said we had our 1st New York crawfish broil which all our friends enjoyed !! This will be a yearly thing from now on so thank you !!

For the last three years I've hosted a crawfish boil at my home in Maryland for friends and family and every year has been better than the last. The crawfish and sausage all arrived early Saturday morning as scheduled (mix and other items arrived a week early) and they were all fantastic. Thanks again for a great experience. Our crawfish boil was a HUGE success here in Boulder, CO. Wife and I went to LSU and tried to recreate a good crawfish boil for some newbies. Crawfish arrived on time, were clean and big and I counted ONE dead one. Crawfish were delicious....one mild batch and one that gave you a sweat moustache. New tradition...look for annual orders from me in May/June. Thanks again!

Dear Louisiana Crawfish, I would just like to say that you guys "ROCK". Wow! You get "5-Stars"!! I ordered Boudin yesterday and it arrived today well packaged. I was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas, but both of my parents were born and raised in Lake Charles and Calfax, Louisiana. We grew up on Boudin and ate it all the time. After 26 years in the U.S. Navy and ultimately settling down in San Diego, CA I have been looking for a place to order Boudin and have it delivered right at my door. I was little hesitant about ordering a perishable item thinking that it might arrive in bad condition, but you totally dispelled that notion. The Boudin was not only well packaged, but I tried the Comeaux Pork Boudin (hot spicy) and it was "FANTASTIC". We ordered the 30 pound value pack on Monday afternoon. The Bugs were here at 9 AM Tuesday and we cooked and ate them at 6 PM last night. What a treat! All bugs made the trip safely. It has been a long time coming for me to order the crawlfish. I hadn't ordered these things in about 10-12 years so my youngest didn't remember them. Worst of all is he absolutely loves them. Well our order came 7-3-13 and I couldn't wait. He has never had them that fresh and he went to town eating them. I forgot how great they tasted fresh. We had a great time and for the quality, shipping, fun and price you cant beat it. Oh did I mention the alligator. Yeah 4lbs of alligator gone in minutes. Thanks Stacy for being there to answer the phone and take my order. The boiled crawfish I ordered were absolutly GREAT. I am originally from Metairie and Katrina kinda kicked me out and I have been looking for a Good Company that I could get boiled crawfish from(shipped) without paying and arm and a leg. Not only were the crawfish from La. Crawfish a decent size and priced right in order to be shipped to Michigan, but, they were ABSOLUTLY DELECIOUS. It really reminded me of being at home in "the boot" while being in "the mitten". THANK YOU

WOW! This is the second time I have ordered from you. I was not disappointed. The crawfish arrived live and fiesty. I followed the instructions and hosed them down a few times and got them wriggling. The cajun treats were dilivered on Saturday and stayed until Sunday when I cooked them. The spices were fantastic. I added corn and potatoes and everyone had a blast. Now here is the thing. Out of 30 pounds I only had 57 dead ones. I was pleased with that ration and 4 of the people that were at my house asked me where I got the 'bugs' and how I cooked them. I gave away your brochure so expect to ship some up to Long Island, NY. Basically, we overdosed on crawfish, aligator legs and tons of other things. Let me first say, your customer service was awesome and the ordering process could not have been easier. Most of the 50 people I had over have never tested crawfish before and some have never even seen them before...I know! I can't believe it either! What did they think of your crawfish? I moved out to California 2 years ago from Houston where I enjoyed crawfish all the time. I have seriously missed the taste of good Cajun food since leaving the south and I finally decided to do something about it. I started researching companies on the web to try and find one that could re produce the flavors I so craved. I found you guys. I was a little skeptical that I could actually find a company that would provide me a product that would meet my expectations. So like any good Cajun wannabe I decided to dip just one toe into the water and order a small pre cooked party pack of crawfish (10lbs). At first I couldn’t believe when I completed my order that your price included shipping. I had checked 6 other companies and all of them charged close to what you were charging + an additional amount for the shipping. This would have brought my price to over $7 dollars a pound. I love crawfish but I don’t love paying that kind of money for them. Some people just have more money than they do common sense..not me..I look for the deals. Then I had my next surprise. Not only was the shipping included but it was Fed Ex next day (but you already knew that). I received my order the next day as promised and my product arrived frozen and packed for business. I took my package home from work and started the water boiling. I followed your included instructions and sat down with my 2 kids to eat our mudbugs. Instantly I was transported back and I have to say they were as good as or better than any I have had before. The size was fantastic…no baby crawfish in my batch! The additional shake you included was truly some of the best I have had. I just wanted to thank you and let you know that especially in these difficult economic times we as customers are looking for value in our purchases and your package was all of that and more. Our company is having a grand reopening after the completion of some construction and improvements and I plan on ordering 100-150 lbs of crawfish to serve at our party. Please keep up the good work and if this is the type of customer service and product you guys consistently produce you have a customer for life. I just wanted to let you know how great your company is. We placed our very first order with you last week, received it Saturday and boiled it Sunday. I had to hold it 30 hours after receiving it so I called and asked for advice. After following the instructions I received, when it came tie to boil, there was not a single dead crawfish in the bag. The quality of your products and staff are OUTSTANDING. We will be ordering again!!
