I just wanted to reach out and let you know that everything was great, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service you guys provide. The quality of the crawfish was even better than last year’s order (which I thought was great)- so we were extremely pleased with everything. The size of the crawfish were spot on, and the loss was only 5-10 actual crawfish…which is amazing. Thanks for making may annual boil successful again, and I look forward to many more thanks to you guys!

Last week I ordered 40 lbs of crawfish for my first crawfish boil. I invited friends and family over and we all have an excellent time. The crawfish were clean and we were all very satisfied with how it turned out! I just thought I would tell you how much we all appreciated your business and we will be definitely be doing it again SOON! I don't know if you guys do a photo gallery but I thought I'd send you some pictures we captured doing the boil. If you do a gallery it'd be awesome to show off the fun we had! The service of your company was amazing. Your employees were very very helpful with recommendations and helping me figure out what to order. All around a it was a great time and I appreciate the time your employees took to help me. You guys are being recommended to everyone I talk to in Illinois! I just wanted to thank you making our crawfish boil in Connecticut a success. Being from Southern Louisiana. I was worried about ordering crawfish and having them shipped. I have been so homesick and when I received the email about the specials for Father's day, I decided to give it a try. My husband thought is was the best father's day gift ever. We had may 10 crawfish out of 60lb that died. We invited all our neighbors and friends, they couldn't get over how awesome the boil was. We've decided to make this an annual tradition. Thank you again for sending home to me.

The crawfish were perfect. Out of the 15 pounds we ordered only six crawfish were dead and once they were cooked they were amazing. I do feel bad though, as a bunch of our family now has the same addiction to crawfish that my wife and I have. I can't thank you enough. Again, a big thank you for your great product.

I would like to thank you for the wonderful crawfish that I received in my order this Friday we did a boil saturday complete with the crawfish corn potatoes sausage and shrimp. It was a hugh success everyone enjoyed themselves and raved and ranted about the crawfish you will surley receive orders from me in the future since I'am a Baton Rouge transplant in Texas my wife and I both love crawfish, I still have some left I did not use in the freezer the grandbaby is coming for the summer and has requested PaPa to have mud bugs on hand. Howdy! Just wanted to drop you a quick note and thank you for all of your assistance in helping to make our first annual "Crawfish and Bullets" event a success. We had 14 guys out for a crawfish boil and skeet shoot and the quality (size and taste) of the live crawfish was spectacular. We opted for a Saturday delivery, early pickup from FedEx at your recommendation and had almost no dead loss out of 40lbs. Many of the participants had never been to a crawfish boil and they loved every tasty red mud bug. Your customer service from the time of order to delivery was spectacular (including a number of calls and hand-holding) and your instructions for how to prepare and serve was spot on (we found a little longer steam helped plump them up a bit, but that's nit picking). You have made a lot of fans (including a couple of Dallas Cowboys) and we'll definitely be placing future orders.

I just wanted to let you know that the crawdads were great, we had over 500 people at our wild game dinner fundraiser here in Oak Grove, MO and everyone that got to try the crawdads loved them. Thanks so much for everything and we will let you know when we are ready for more.

I just want to say that you guys totally rock. We wanted to do a crawfish boil and I got your name from a friend of mine in New Orleans. We ordered the 20 pound party pack and believe me they were nice sized crawfish. Everyone who ate at my house on Saturday was impressed by the quantity and quality of your product. I followed the directions on your website and out of the 20 pounds we had a few dead ones, but you noted that that may happen. I used to do a seasoning of Old Bay, fresh garlic and lemons, but your spices were right on the money and we all enjoyed it immensely. Let's say that a few beers helped cope with the spice. My nephew went to law school in New Orleans and felt like he was back there after eating your crawfish. I can honestly say that Oceanside, NY, on Long Island will make sure your name is known. Thanks again for your help and your great product.

I wanted to send a quick note and tell you that the 50 lbs that we got last week were AWESOME!!! We only had about 10 dead ones out of the whole batch...the seasoning was perfect, and our Crawfish boil in Ohio was PERFECT. There was not one left on the table...

LaCrawfish, I would like to thank you for making our 7th annual Superbowl/Crawfish party here in Phoenix Arizona a great success. Your customer service was amazing. I just wanted to let you know how great your company is. We placed our very first order with you last week, received it Saturday and boiled it Sunday. I had to hold it 30 hours after receiving it so I called and asked for advice. After following the instructions I received, when it came tie to boil, there was not a single dead crawfish in the bag. The quality of your products and staff are OUTSTANDING. We will be ordering again!!

Just wanted to drop a note and some photos of the crawfish feed my wife and I hosted for about 60 people. Thank you for the EXCELLENT service. This was out first time doing this for us. I was very nervous that I would have 60 people standing around and no crawfish, but you guys were very helpful to make sure everything would be fine. No one got short with me on the phone when I called 8 times the day before to make sure everything was on schedule. We ordered 120 lbs and had a very small amount dead. First class operation.
