Hi - We ordered 25lbs of mud bugs from you for a spring boil. Not a common thing here in Chicago and (of course) it was a great hit! We also ordered boudin and chicken andouille which were delicious. and some crawfish necklaces. All y'all were super helpful with my several phone calls and what to do and how much etc (since we are novices and had only attended boils in the past, not put one on ourselves). So just writing to say THANKS! and we'll probably do it again later in the summer.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. I don't know how you did it but I appreciate your world class customer service more than you know. On the day of our crawfish party I received an email from UPS that said due to weather our shipment was delayed and would be delivered the next BUSINESS day. With this being Memorial Day weekend I knew we would not be getting our crawfish for the party but instead be getting a very smelly shipment of dead crawfish on Tuesday!! I called your 800 number and the very calm, pleasant customer service rep said she would see what she could do on her end. I few hours later our crawfish miraculously appeared at our front door---a few hours later than expected but non the less we were able to have an extremely successful party that everyone will be talking about for years to come!!! You are the BEST and have certainly won several life long customers.

I just wanted to thank you all for another great job on my order this past weekend. For the last three years I've hosted a crawfish boil at my home in Maryland for friends and family and every year has been better than the last. The crawfish and sausage all arrived early Saturday morning as scheduled (mix and other items arrived a week early) and they were all fantastic. Thanks again for a great experience. We ordered 80lbs of jumbo crawfish for our boil this past Saturday. Received Friday afternoon and took a look. These were the best looking crawfish we’ve seen in years. Hardly found any dead ones and there were all very clean and huge. Thanks for providing such a superior product. Everyone had a great time and the crawfish were awesome. Can’t wait until our next one!

The crawfish delivered Friday afternoon and were great. Only 4 were crushed/dead and everyone enjoyed them. Your boil seasoning was very good on the crawfish and vegetables. I recently placed my first order with you for 35 lbs of Crawfish. They arrived right on time packaged perfectly. They were the star of my first annual Mardi Gras party. I had planned to get some pictures to post on your facebook but I also made 3 gallons of hurricanes so pictures were forgotten! I will be ordering from you again! Just wanted to let you know that this is the first year we have used your company for our annual crawfish boil. Our group comes from North Baton Rouge, Slidell, Lafourche Parish, and New Orleans. We have found each other over the years and crave La. food as much as we can get it. You guys delivered every thing you promised and then some. The crawfish were beautiful, clean and kicking. The last sack was not boiled till the next day and only 20 crawfish were found dead. That is better than we have had when buying back home in La. We are know permanet customers and look foward to our next shipment for Memorial Day weekend. So glad we found you..

We had my husband's graduation party yesterday and the crawfish that we ordered from y'all were AWESOME!!! They were the hit of the party up here in 'Yankeeville'! I'm a Louisiana native who married a yankee and the crawfish made my homesickness go away for a brief time! The quality of the crawfish were unbelievable! We also ordered a cooker and it was such a high quality pot. Just wanted to say thanks for the amazing crawdads! I had 95lbs shipped to Chicago on Friday for a Saturday afternoon boil, and they were amazing! Almost all were still alive and squirmin' come boil time. They were clean, big, and shells were easy to peel! I have a couple of friends from New Orleans up here and they were very impressed with the quality of them. Hi, I am originally from Louisiana and now live in Michigan. Although I have been to many crawfish boils growing up back home, I have never hosted such an event. To be honest, I was very nervous and anxious about the enitire process. Your team at Louisiana Crawfish Co was such a pleasure to deal with. They couldn't have made it any easier for me. LaCrawfish, I would like to thank you for making our 7th annual Superbowl/Crawfish party here in Phoenix Arizona a great success. Your customer service was amazing.
