Last week I ordered 40 lbs of crawfish for my first crawfish boil. I invited friends and family over and we all have an excellent time. The crawfish were clean and we were all very satisfied with how it turned out! I just thought I would tell you how much we all appreciated your business and we will be definitely be doing it again SOON! I don't know if you guys do a photo gallery but I thought I'd send you some pictures we captured doing the boil. If you do a gallery it'd be awesome to show off the fun we had! The service of your company was amazing. Your employees were very very helpful with recommendations and helping me figure out what to order. All around a it was a great time and I appreciate the time your employees took to help me. You guys are being recommended to everyone I talk to in Illinois! My Wife Suprised me for Father's Day with a 20lb live sack here in Pennsylvania! They were just as good as when i had them down there 20 years ago. Thanks for making them affordable. We will order more again soon!!!

LOUISIANA CRAWFISH TOTALLY RULLES THE BOIL!!!!!! Once again, LA Crawfish has made a gathering of people happy. Let me re phrase that, we had 19 people over for a crawfish boil and they had the best time ever!!!!!. Why, you may ask, well, how about the freshest, tastiest, spiced up mudbugs that were the centerpiece of the afternoon. My son specifically requested a crawfish boil to celebrate his 30th birthday. So, I ordered 30 lbs (see the connection) of select sized crawfish and 12 pounds to marinated alligator legs. Now, here is the best part. The way LA Crawfish ships their product, I received my package 15 minutes before the estimated delivery time and the alligator legs were still frozen. Unreal. The crawfish were active and I hosed them down 5 times to keep them that way. When I finally did cook them I only lost 32 crawfish out of 30 pounds. That was spectacular. The spices were great and I usually add sliced lemon and garlic cloves to the cooking liquid. After the bugs were bright red I cooked red potatoes and corn in the same broth. 19 people were very happy, very stuffed and asked when we would do it again. Most took home doggy bags. The potatoes are spectacular smashed and cooked as hash browns the next day and served with burgers, chicken or fish. Thank you for another successful party. Your product is stellar, your service is spectacular and your reputation is un questionable. Will I order again, no question. Can I say enough about your product, no. Thank you again and again.

Hello LA Crawfish Co. Attached is our party picture of the week. I recently celebrated my bachelor party with a Pheasant Hunting trip to Martz’s Hunting Preserve (http://www.martzs.com/) located in Dalmatia Pennsylvania. To say the least it was a weekend with indulgence and pure gluttony. Our indulgence included, Crawfish Boil from LA Crawfish Co, and a wild game meal including: Turkey, Pheasant, Chucker's, Emu, and Venison. As usual the highlight of our feasting was the Crawfish Boil. Also, I want to express my appreciation and gratitude to LA Crawfish CO for providing awesome customer service and the highest quality product in the industry. Just wanted to drop a note to tell you thank you for an amazing crawfish! My husband is a big fan of crawfish. However, living in Argentina the last 15 years, he was deprived of these tasty creatures. It is impossible to get them there. Finally, he is now in US and the first thing I ddi when he came was ordered your live crawfish!!!! I was not sure how it would be possible to have live crawfish delivered to my house in NJ, but I still placed the order trusting that you guys know what you are doing!! I was amazed how quickly and efficiently my order was delivered. I was even more amazed, that out of the 15lb there were not even one dead. All of them were very alive! I just wanted to thank you guys for such a great service and product. This was my first time ordering perishable food over internet, and I was impressed. The crawfish came fresh, alive, clean, tasted really good. They even stayed alive in our bathtub for 2days after delivery (got hem delivered Friday morning and finished cooking and eating on Sunday night). This meant so much for my husband!!! It was a way to bring him back to his childhood! Thank you so much for making it happen!

Just wanted to say how awesome this whole experience was! We live in Pittsburgh, and you can't get crawfish ANYWHERE here, and I surprised my boyfriend (who used to live in S. Carolina) for his birthday dinner this weekend, and it was just amazing. We are already planning when we can do it again :) Thanks!

I'm a New Orleans boy, born in 1946 and raised, and have been in Colorado since 1972. Our son wanted to get some crawfish, shrimp, and alligator nuggets for a family reunion in July last year. I talked him into using Y'all and getting the pre-cooked stuff. Everything was FABULOUS!!! Just like I remembered from a past order we got from you! Keep up the great work, Y'all! I just wanted to write you and tell you how amazing your Turducken is. My family ordered our first one for Thanksgiving this year and we loved it. My husband is coming home from his 4th tour in Iraq for Christmas and I will be ordering another one this week so he will have a chance to try one. WOW! What a great job y'all did! We hosted a Mardi Gras crawfish boil out here in the middle of the Sonoran Desert for my stepfather's 80th birthday (he's a Georgia good ol' boy) and it was fantastic! It was the first crawfish for a large majority of our 60-plus guests, and they were blown away! As was I - with your product AND your service. A quick online order, a quick payment, and BAM! 30 pounds of pinchin', squirmin' mudbugs on my doorstep and - I'm serious - not ONE dead one in the whole bag. Luckily, my eyes were bigger than my guests stomachs, because now I have a fair bit of crawfish left over and frozen.... going to have some etouffee next week, and jambalaya after that!... Just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks for another great delivery of mud bugs. This past weekend was our 4th annual boil and although the weather was bad the crawfish were great. Its not everyday that a boil takes place on the south side of Chicago but we have converted a lot of city folks to cajuns! Cant wait for next year! Anyone that wants crawfish would be crazy to buy from anyone except you folks. We had 70 pounds of select bugs and they were nice and big very few dead ones. We ate our crawfish last night, the 3rd order in two weeks, and they were great. I have not seen better crawfish in years. I think we have ordered crawfish 5 times this season and we are still not done. Thanks for selling a good product. In the past other companies have sold us trash, I lived in LA for 30 years, I know what crawfish should look like and cost. Thanks for not taking advantage of people and selling a great product.

I wanted to send a quick note and tell you that the 50 lbs that we got last week were AWESOME!!! We only had about 10 dead ones out of the whole batch...the seasoning was perfect, and our Crawfish boil in Ohio was PERFECT. There was not one left on the table...

Hi folks, The crawfish were, in one word, AWESOME! I had two craw-sperienced ex-LA helpers and we all agreed that the 120lbs of jumbos that we got were about the finest that any of us had ever seen. I was very nervous that I would have 60 people standing around and no crawfish, but you guys were very helpful to make sure everything would be fine. No one got short with me on the phone when I called 8 times the day before to make sure everything was on schedule. We ordered 120 lbs and had a very small amount dead. First class operation.
