The Turducken Breast is a boneless turkey breast stuffed with a boneless duck breast, boneless chicken breast and mouth-watering Cajun Pork Boudin. The Turducken Breast averages 4.25 lbs and provides approximately 7-9 servings.
Ingredients: turkey, chicken, pork, rice, duck, salt, yellow onions, green bell pepper, celery, garlic, spices, monosodium glutamate.
Thawing Instructions: Turducken Roll must thaw completely before cooking. For best results, remove from box, leave in vacuum-sealed bag and thaw in refrigerator for approximately 48 hours or in cold water for 4-6 hours.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove from bag. Place Turducken Roll on a rack in a roasting pan. Bake covered for 2 hours 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow Turducken Roll to cool for 20 minutes to seal in juices. Remove netting and slice.
