Ingredients
- 1 Pound crawfish tails
- 8 Ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 Teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 Tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 Tablespoon Louisiana Crawfish Creole Seasoning
- Louisiana Crawfish Hot Sauce
- 1 Cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon(s) onion powder
- 2 Tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoon(s) Zatarain's creole mustard
- 1 bundle green onions thinly sliced (use preferred amount)
Method
- In food processor, finely chop crawfish tails & mix with softened cream cheese
- Add all other ingredients except green onion & mix well
- Gently stir in green onions
- Store in refrigerator overnight allowing ingredients to "marry"
- Serve with crackers and/or chips
**Add more Louisiana Crawfish Creole Seasoning and Louisiana Crawfish Hot Sauce to taste as desired
