Ingredients
- 2 Cup(s) cornmeal
- 2 Tablespoon(s) parsley, chopped
- 1 Teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 Tablespoon(s) shortening
- 2 Cup(s) water
Method
- Boil water with salt
- Mix all ingredients together in bowl
- Add boiling water to dry mixture
- Drop by spoonful's into hot grease and fry until golden brown
- Place on plate lined with paper towel to drain
- Serve with your favorite fried crawfish tails, shrimp, or alligator nuggets nuggets
